Maestro Matteo, the beautiful Gelato Pioneers Laura and Melissa gave MOST visitors had the opportunity to participate in daily "sweet" workshops organised by Carpigiani Gelato University.
A special team from the world's most famous and prestigious gelato school has taught more than 1000 visitors how to create their own gelato – unique and incomparable as is typical for Italian gelato – using the new Carpigiani EVD machine. The creative experiments have concluded with a tasting of the delicious treats.

An unpredictable success also for the award "Designing Gelato Cone Evolution", dedicated to Architecture, Engineering and Dseign Students all over the world.
We have collected more than 500 projects in only 6 days, that aim to find the another shape for gelato!
